LCRC Users,

On October 1st, we will transition the Swing cluster from Slurm to PBS to align with the FY25 Q1 Allocations. This change completes the migration of all public LCRC clusters to the PBS job scheduler.

To facilitate this, Swing will undergo a scheduled maintenance window on the morning of October 1st. Once the maintenance is complete, we will send an all clear notification via email. As with other LCRC clusters, Swing allocations will now be in Node Hours, where 1 Node Hour on Swing equates to 8 GPU hours. We will automatically convert all requested time in the account system to node hours for your convenience, and moving forward, all new requests should be submitted in node hours.
